A barbershop that books itself

The Black Sheep Barber Studio in Sunnyvale needed more than a brochure — services, gallery, retail products, and appointments, in one fast site.

Booking, built in

We built a five-step booking flow on Square's Bookings API — pick a service, a barber, and a real open slot, with availability pulled live and every appointment attached to a customer record in the shop's Square dashboard. The booking page runs the shop's Booksy profile today, and the Square flow sits ready behind it — the studio can switch providers without a rebuild.

Designed for the room

Black and white with a gold accent, matching the shop itself. The services menu, product shelf, and an image-forward gallery all read from one config file — prices and hours change in one place, no code edits.

Built to keep

Strict TypeScript, unit tests with mocked Square APIs, and CI on every pull request. The site is a small system the shop can rely on, not a template that rots.
